SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program description

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by SANO Handtrucks LLC (“SANO Handtrucks,” “SANO,” “we,” “us” or “our”). When you opt in, we may send you text messages for the following purposes:

• Customer care — replies to your questions and follow-up on inquiries you have made about SANO products;
• Quotes and demonstrations — quote follow-up and scheduling or confirming product demonstrations, calls and appointments;
• Orders and delivery — order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates;
• Service and warranty — updates on repair, parts and warranty requests, and product safety notices;
• Account and dealer communications — conversations with our sales and support team about your account.

We send promotional or marketing text messages only if you have separately and expressly agreed to receive them.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages from SANO Handtrucks — for example by checking the text-message consent box on a form on our website, by texting us first, or by asking a member of our team to contact you by text. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your inquiries, orders and service requests and on your conversations with our team.

4. Cost

SANO Handtrucks does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details of your plan.

5. How to opt out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any text message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from us unless you opt in again. To rejoin, text START to the same number or ask us to opt you back in.

7. Carriers and delivery

Text messaging is available on most major US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier’s network and coverage, and we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.

8. Your mobile number

You confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide and that you are at least 18 years old. If you change or deactivate your number, please tell us so we can update our records and stop messages to the old number.

9. Privacy

We do not share, sell, rent or trade mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in data and consent with any third parties, affiliates, dealers or distributors for any purpose. The only parties that handle this information are the service providers that deliver our text messages on our behalf, such as our messaging platform and mobile carriers. 10. Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will post the revised terms on this page and change the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to receive text messages from us after a change means you accept the updated terms.
